Now at this point I'm still talking about The
Way International - I haven't gotten to why this web site was essentially
constructed to warn about The Way AND Mormonism. The two are very
closely related, they are both cults. I am here to tell you that when
this dear family friend (who is still very dear to me BTW) showed me a Bible
with ANSWERS in it and not only answers, but answers to my deep probing
essential questions - I was amazed. She didn't tell me that any
"prophet" or teacher told her these things - she just had her
Bible open and showed me the answers. I was so fearful during that
time in my life, I was so confused and often unhappy - but I never knew
why. I did know however I was searching for something to fill the
holes in my life and sitting in my friend's living room that day, I thought
I had found exactly what I was searching for. I was hooked!

I even had a few 'supernatural' experiences happen to me directly
that led me to firmly believe the teachings of this cult. I thought
it held the only 'true' teachings. The members of this group
were the 'only' TRUE Christians, and the founder, Victor Paul
Wierwille, the only TRUE Prophet. [Note: Way people have never
referred to Wierwille as a 'prophet' he was regarded as 'The
Teacher.'] |

So what does the Mormon Church have to do with the cult I was
in? All Christian cults are eerily alike. There is a charismatic
founder or leader or 'prophet,' usually a man. These 'prophets'
are given the 'only' true teachings or the only 'New' teachings
about the Bible and God. They are specially chosen by God to
'teach' others about these new revelations. Those who believe
in these leaders and what they teach are therefore the 'only'
true 'Christians'. The group therefore becomes the 'only' true
'church' or 'body of believers.' |

I discovered after being delivered from the cult teachings, that
the Mormon Church is the only cult in American history to mainstream
itself into our culture. Despite the homespun facade the church
spends millions and millions of the member's money to promote,
this church is based in the darkest of evil. It has occult
rituals, magic undergarments worn just like underwear (the LDS
call them 'Holy garments'), a belief that they are the only 'true'
Christians (despite the fact this church was founded in the early
1800's), multiple heavens, billions of earths with billions of
'progressed' Mormons 'ruling' over these earths as gods and goddesses
making children eternally to populate these planets. I'm not
making this up. These are true beliefs, and there are many more
strange beliefs, such as, all African Americans are cursed with
a skin of blackness by God (Book of Mormon 2 Nephi 20-25; Jacob
3:5-7). According to Mormondom, today-- people of color are descendants
of these cursed people. This 'curse' shows up as their 'dark
skin'; this is how the Mormon god supposedly 'branded' this early
tribe for their unbelief. So not only is the Mormon Church misrepresenting
itself as Christian, but it is a racist Christian cult as well. |

The Mormon Church falsely claims to be Christian. It most definitely
is NOT. It was founded by Joseph Smith who used a white stone
he placed in his hat to bilk many of his own townspeople out
of their money claiming he could 'see' treasure underground with
this 'peep' stone. This same stone, by the way, he used to 'translate'
the Book of Mormon with. |

Purpose |

My purpose with this web site is to point out the true teachings
of this organization that is rarely shared with the public, and
in most cases, kept from the newest members themselves. I hope
to inform and help others avoid making the same mistakes I did.
My six years in the cult I was in was a nightmare and the subsequent
years after I left were heart-breaking and emotionally damaging. It
is only through the mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ I was made
whole again, and brought to a place of strength and service to
my Lord. I hope to expose the underbelly of cults like the Mormon
Church as an informed individual is less likely to be lured into
one of these cults. |

If you are LDS and can be civil, I would be glad to hear from
you especially if you are open to hearing the truth of the gospel
as opposed to what the LDS Church produces. So write away if
you wish to open your mind to the truth of the gospel of Jesus
Christ our Lord and to hear about the true God, the ONLY God
of the Bible and of the Universe. I would love to hear from you!
